North America market: 32-inch LCD TV prices fall below US$800
The North American LCD TV market is extremely hot right now and prices are dropping fast. Pricing for some and it can only go lower from here:
In line with hot season demand, the sales volume for LCD TVs in December is expected to jump 30% on month, according to David Hsieh, president of DisplaySearch Taiwan. Hsieh added that among all segments, 37-inch LCD TVs experienced the largest price reduction so far this quarter with a drop of about 25%.
