IBM to purchase software company Rembo

NEW YORK - International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE: - ) on Thursday said it would buy Swiss software company Rembo Technology, which helps organizations automatically install or upgrade operating systems on computer servers.

Financial terms were not disclosed. IBM said it expected to complete the deal for privately-held Rembo in the second quarter.
